LangLearner is a great new startup focused around pairing up language learners from around the world. The idea is that language learners desperate need time and practice, and speakers of complimentary languages can easily help each other in their mutual endeavors. SendFont is a full collection of free fonts for common use. Mostly notably a pain point for graphics or web design professionals when they need the perfect font, SendFont gives users access to a full library of interesting fonts to use and share. Read more here.
31Projects is platform for corporations to try out MBA’s on company-related projects before hiring them into management roles. This is a great concept as while a wealth of knowledge can be absorbed through business school, a good MBA program or good grades do not always translate well into a great operational candidate. This platform enables corporations to have more of a buffer in their “try-before-they-buy” process. Read more here.
