What does AppFirst do?

AppFirst delivers a SaaS-based infrastructure performance management solution to IT Ops that goes far beyond other monitoring systems by providing deterministic root cause, significantly reducing time to problem resolution.

How are they different?

We uniquely collect application behavior data real-time as the application executes across the server infrastructure. We are language and application component agnostic and can collect data throughout the entire application. We are SaaS-based so it takes minutes from sign up to seeing your application specific data.

Why could AppFirst be BIG?

All IT operations needs to monitor their servers and applications. Our solution provides the most in depth visibility into applications in real-time. This means Ops people won’t miss issues before they become problems. Coupled with deterministic root cause, IT can be proactive and address things before applications become slow or worse yet, go down.

How they plan to make money:

AppFirst is a subscription based service. The first three servers are free but after that we are paid per server monitored.

Our thoughts:

No thoughts at the moment. Very interesting!
