What does Yoomit do?

Yoomit aims to end the disorganization people working at any organization face when preparing a meeting and following up on it.

Even during the meeting Yoomit is highly valuable because since it helps to collaboratively build an agenda, with files, personal comments and discussion around each item, when the participants do get to the meeting, much of the work can be already done.

Not to mention the meeting will get fully organized with very little effort.

After the meeting everyone’s got their list of actions to perform, with a description and a deadline.

How are they different?

Yoomit is really quite simple to use. It’s been designed to use as few screens as possible and everything’s at hand, at all times.

Everything works on just two screens. The overview and meeting details screens are all one needs for their everyday use. One can add users and contacts in the meetings details screen itself, so there’s no need to resort to the settings screens, to set up your profile, app’s users, your contacts etc. – although you may, if you want to.

Also, on your right-hand side, you have the actions which came out of the meetings, for you to complete. Overdue ones will appear with the date in red. Check them as done to strike them out and into the actions archive.

Why could Yoomit be BIG?

Everyone attends to meetings, everyone struggles with email messages and attachments trying to organize the meeting and keeping all participants up to date with the goal for the meeting and its agenda.

Also, the most common after effect of a meeting is a “Did we get to a conclusion? What is each one that was there supposed to do now?” – this is history with automated minutes and action lists for everyone.

How they plan to make money:

Scaling it up to all professionals and organizations in the world! :-)

Our thoughts:

No thoughts at the moment. Very interesting!
