What does Skaters Coach do?
Our start up is Skaters Coach. It is a unique fitness product that provides stability and balance to anyone that would like to enjoy the many benefits of inline skating and roller skating without all the risk associated with it. We list the many benefits on our website.
How are they different?
Our fitness product is very unique product, in that it is very much like a bike or tricycle that provides stability and balance for outdoor skaters. After extensive research we did not find another product on the market like ours. Our product is like a bike in that you skate directly behind it while holding onto the handle bars. All of the power comes from the person skating vs. pushing pedals.
No other exercise works 6 different body parts like inline skating, cardiovascular, cardio respiratory, strengthens core, shapes and develops legs, butt, and stomach muscles all with one exercise. The problem has always been the safety of inline skating. While there are many gifted athletes that can skate without the use of a skaters coach, they are not the majority. Most people want the fitness benefits, but cannot afford to be injured and miss work. Beside the fitness benefits of skating, it is a lot of fun. Please see the videos, but they do not do it justice as compared to using it or watching someone use it in person.

Why could Skaters Coach be BIG?
Every year there are over 100,000 inline skates sold in the U.S. market. So many people put them away after falling and being injured. If you took new purchases and people pulling out their skates again because there is now a product that will provide safety the sales could be in the hundreds and thousands.
How they plan to make money:
I produce the product in the U.S. for quality control reasons. We also produce them by hand so that adds to our cost. We make money from the mark up of our product, so it will be based off volume of units sold. With enough volume then mass production will help increase profits
