What does SinglePlatform do?
SinglePlatform provides bars and restaurants with one centralized tool to manage their critical information (events, specials, games and menu items) and update all of their web profiles including; social media sites (Facebook, Twitter and Myspace), review sites (Citysearch and Urbanspoon), geo-locations apps (Foursquare and Gowalla), and their own website and mobile site.
How are they different?
It is no lie that there are many companies that provide a single system to update all the different social media sites. However, SinglePlatform is the only portal that has been designed specifically for restaurants and bars, updates their own websites, and their profile pages across multiple review sites and iPhone apps. In fact, it is the only niche platform that exists on the market today.
Why could SinglePlatform be BIG?
Prior to starting SinglePlatform Wiley Cerilli worked his way up the corporate ladder at Seamless Web, or better yet, built the corporate ladder underneath him. Starting off a salesperson at SeamlessWeb, he quickly realized there was an opportunity for him to own a portion of the business and run the entire restaurant side of the business. He wrote a business plan, hired a team of three people, and launched the Partner Sales & Services Division. His Division soon came to be the largest, most profitable division of the company, and there he won multiple awards for strategic vision, inspirational leadership and division of the year. Cerilli ran sales, marketing, business development and new product development up until the day he left. He was responsible for expanding SeamlessWeb to over 30 cities and two countries, and he managed a team of people across these cities.
How they plan to make money:
SinglePlatform charges bars and restaurants a yearly subscription for $70-80/month. Our customers get access to all of our features and customer support for no additional fees.
Our thoughts:
No thoughts at the moment. Very interesting!
