Purplewrap.com is an exclusive “employee gifting portal”, and has the potential to enhance employee productivity and loyalty leading to higher retention and motivation.
It helps eliminate the ‘pain’ from the process of gifting, including remembering occasions, personalization of selected gifts, special packaging and deliveries.

How are they different?
We are probably the only company in India to offer exclusive employee gifting online. We execute annual contracts with corporates for all-year-round employee gifting including employee birthdays, festivals, reward and recognition programs etc. The corporate just uploads data in excel (or the like) format and selects a group of gifts at the beginning of the contract and then purplewrap delivers the selected gift to the respective employee on the birthday, complete with personalization / customization.
The gifts can be chosen by the HR manager or by the employee or respective supervisor in advance. The whole process is automated online with a collaborative calendar, which will soon be pushing reminders and alerts to registered mobile numbers (HR, employee supervisor etc). Corporates can login to the portal and request customization and personalization services offered exclusively as per contract.
Along with the gift, if required, we also deliver branded table dressing (a plant , branded balloons et all) as a birthday announcement, to be placed on the employees work desk.
Our hampers are definitely niche and are seeing traction even in the exclusive customer gifting segment
