What does HealthKiwi.ca do?
HealthKiwi.ca is an online directory of healthcare providers in Ontario (the rest of Canada is coming soon). We are here to help people find clinics that are closer and choose doctors who really care. Visitors can also express their opinions and help fellow patients by leaving reviews of doctors and clinics. We empower people to share experiences and make smarter choices!
How are they different?
Quality information, categorized and arranged into specialties, that is searchable by geographic location. Instead of calling all kinds of doctors one can find in an unsorted list at Yellow Pages, our users can find exactly the doctor needed at an exact desired location.
Why could HealthKiwi.ca be BIG?
There is an unsatisfied need. Currently, people try searching for a doctor on the Internet (the first thing they try, usually) and can not find any quality information, having to turn to traditional means like asking friends or flipping through telephone directory. Our goal is to provide the information needed, right away.
