What does GuestVessel do?
GuestVessel is a flexible home exchange website service, where members earn tokens for letting other members stay in their property when it is vacant, and they redeem these at any other members property – not just limited to the person that stayed at theirs.
How are they different?
The token system, is not used by any other company to do this kind of transaction. Which makes it a kind of hybrid between home exchange and time share.
Why could GuestVessel be BIG?
The home exchange industry is growing rapidly, and we are investing in social and group features on the website that will add to the security and safety of the site. Added to the flexibility and the ease of launching website internationally, we feel that once we reach a critical mass of properties it could get very big.
How they plan to make money:
There are going to be 2 streams of revenue:
1. Targeted travel and entertainment advertising
2. From the premium subscription types (we have 1 free and 2 paid)
Our thoughts:
No thoughts at the moment. Very interesting!
Sounds like an excellent idea. I am going to check out the site!
