What does Group Story do?

Group Story allows a group of people to collaborate in a private workspace to build multi-faceted photo books. Each person can upload and tag photos to shared area. Each user picks and chooses from all the photos to make pages. All of these pages of text and photos are shared throughout the group as well. Each user can then pick and choose from all the pages to assemble a book that is unique to the way they want to remember an experience.

How are they different?

Group Story is a patented web application that allows for TRUE COLLABORATION. For the first time ever you can customize a photo book based on an entire group’s content.

Why could Group Story be BIG?

We operate with the belief that no one lives their life in isolation, and that memories are created together, therefore should be remembered together. If you have a group (a sports team, a family vacation, a class trip, a high school reunion, a summer camp, a wedding…) you have a Group Story.

How they plan to make money:

Anyone can start a group and create online books for free.
If you want to order a copy of your creations, it is $12.99 for a 20 page 8 in. x 8 in. soft cover, and $24.99 for a 20 page 8 in. x 8 in. hard cover. These books can go over 400 pages (50 cents per page after the initial 20).

Our thoughts:

No thoughts at the moment. Very interesting!
