What does GamedayHousing.com do?
We help fans traveling to these big games find luxury homes that are close to action, large enough for a big group of fans, and affordable when compared to hotel rooms that can top $1000 a night for really big games. Fans book with us because our innovative website makes renting a vacation home _as easy as booking a hotel on Orbitz.com. _
We started by managing one property outside Notre Dame stadium in 2006 and now manage hundreds of properties across 31 cities in the United States. Property owners use us for our excellent service and to take advantage of our online booking systems. In fact, there is no other website out there that is as advanced as ours and were playing on that to grow and eventually be the #1 player in the vacation rental space.
How are they different?
1. Full Service – We don’t bury our contact information or hide from our clients. We want our clients to feel like they have close relationships with us on and offline.
2. Ease of use – We’re not all the way there yet but if you’ve ever booked a vacation rental you’d know that we’re light years ahead of other options. Our automated online reservation system eliminates the trust gap that used to exist between property owners and their guests!
3. Focus – We founded GamedayHousing because we’re sports fans who love to travel and we know that comes across in our service and experience for our clients.
Why could GamedayHousing.com be BIG?
2. Vacation rentals ARE BOOMING
3. Our technology is scalable to the general vacation rental market which is $41 Billion large and dominated by weak incumbent firms that we take clients away from EVERY DAY.
