What does Executive Right Hand, Inc. do?
Empower senior executives in transition by providing administrative, travel, and project support allowing them to remain engaged and maintain their executive presence. We also provide coaching and development for executive admins and mid-career admins seeking to move to the C-suite.
How are they different?
Temps, virtual assistants generally serve the technical needs of the client. We serve the holistic client. Understanding that it is difficult to be in charge one day and a ruler without a country the next. We make contacts, set up appointments, help plan the day, week, month so that the executive has a reason to get up and get moving. We offer an executive coach, Myers Briggs assessment, PR assistance so the last item on Google is not “left to pursue other opportunities”. We get in the grooves and take care of the details.
Why could Executive Right Hand, Inc. be BIG?
It’s a total niche, the target client may be somewhat unappreciative, we understand though, that it is a difficult place and we partner with the client to make the situation as palpable and business as usual as possible.
How they plan to make money:
Travel is a stream of revenue, ultimately clients will sign contracts of 3 to 6 months. In the meantime, we coach and develop administrative professionals and provide peer-level interaction through round table events for senior administrative professionals, an underserved development population.
Our thoughts:
Agree that this is definitely a niche marketplace but certainly see the value in serving it. I can imagine that would be a very difficult transition for most of the clients you serve.
