What does Ardea Media do?
We build smartphone apps. We do the research, write the copy, take the pictures, design the apps…and outsource the actual coding.
How are they different?
The founders are veteran travel writers, authors, journalists, and editors. We bring to the apps we make the same skill-set we bring to the books and articles we write.
Why could Ardea Media be BIG?
No one else is building the kind of GPS-guided walking tour we’ve built, we have a patent pending on the technology, and the 5th Avenue tour is just the first of many. As for the other apps we have in the works, suffice it to say that we’re not building junk.
How they plan to make money:
Selling apps and, in some cases, selling sponsorships or advertising within apps.
Our thoughts:
No thoughts at the moment. Very interesting!
