What does QuiBids do?
QuiBids is an online auction site that launched in October of 2009. Items auctioned off include: laptops, HDTVs, smart phones, gift cards, designer bags, home gadgets and more. Its mission is to redefine shopping by providing the best deals possible for its customers with a unique, fun and exciting online experience.
How are they different?
QuiBids is different in the way its business model is setup and what we can offer our customers. It’s a “pay to play” business model, one in where each bid costs a bidder $0.60. Everyone has the option to walk away with a product and will never have to pay more than the online retail value of an item. Winners of auctions are able to get great deals on products, often up to 75% off or more.
Why could QuiBids be BIG?
This could be big in the fact that this is a revolutionary way of shopping. While it’s shopping, at the same time, it’s entertaining. If people go into these auctions with their mind set on buying a product at retail, it’s a real treat if they win and they obtain the item for a sweet deal.
How they plan to make money:
We make money off the bids that are purchased and used on our site.
Our thoughts:
No thoughts at the moment. Very interesting!
